Happy International Women’s Day
Happy International Women’s Day.
I celebrate all Nigerian women living in Canada on this special day, the 8th of March, dedicated to celebrating women worldwide.
The past 12 months have been truly extraordinary for all of us. I appreciate the Nigerian women who are frontline workers for their services to their various communities and all mothers coping with the school system’s disruption. You have shown resilience and innovativeness even in the face of the disruption brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.
I know there is hope on the horizon, and I pray that you and your families will continue to prosper and be in good health.
Warm regards,
Mrs. Olawunmi Asekun

You are really doing wonderful things. How are Nigerians living in Canada? Are they free or protected from racism?

Mohammed, Thanks for your kind words. You can ask Nigerians in Canada. They are here.
