His Excellency, Adeyinka Asekun, is in Saskatoon, in Saskatchewan, Canada, to supervise the Nigeria High Commission in Ottawa’s Passport Intervention exercise. A team of diplomats and Immigration officers arrived in Saskatoon earlier.

Hello Abu, Are you planning another intervention anytime soon in another province. I reached out to New Brunswick Nigerian Association to know if you would be coming here, they said the option was explored nothing concrete has been firmed up. As you know that most employees will require to give ample notice to their supervisors before embarking on any trip. My son really needs this passport renewal sorted as soon as possible. We have been extended twice by immigration, and the mental stress this is causing me is beyond normal! Made payments, got an initial appointment date for April 14th before the Ontario Lockdown. Sent several emails but no response, hence the need to write this here. I wont mind flying down to whichever province you're planning the next intervention to get this done before the expiration of the extension given by CIC in July. I really need something concrete to work with and present to my supervisor before booking another trip. Please help!! Thanks in advance for your help on this.

Please, I applied for my mother passport renewal on 21st June in Calgary. at the Nigeria Association office. I needed to use it for application for extension of my mom stay in Canada by 18th of August and till now, after tracking for it with Canada post for many times over the last two weeks, we are yet to receive the renewed passport. Please help so that I can apply for my mother extension before it is too late

Hello Blessing, Unfortunately, you can not get a passport immediately. There are procedures to follow before you can get another passport.
