I have a question, if a family is coming to Ottawa for passport renewal, can they come with one money order to cover their admin fees,( e.g family of 5 brings a money order in the amount of 250CD) or does each member of the family have to come with a money order covering individual fees? Also will one envelope suffice or does each person need a Canada post an envelope? Many thanks for your prompt response.

Please I am yet to receive my Nigerian passport 6 months after the Calgary Passport Intervention Excercise (9th of June 2021) and please need to conclude my travel plans. Please, I have sent several emails to the Nigerian embassy in Ottawa and I have never gotten a response. Please I have called several times pleading with the several embassy staff I spoke with to please help in the process of locating my passport after sending in my passport for renewal more than 6 months ago. Did you get the new passport too? When they issue a new passport, they cancel the old booklet and return it to you.
