Hello Susan, I came to the Chanercy for my passport renewal on Nov 2nd but didn’t drop my passport as the expedited service was not available and I needed to send my passport to IRCC for stamping. I have mailed my passport back now to the commission and would like the process of my passport renewal to continue.
