Thanks to the prompt and excellent service i received from Nigeria High commission. My passport came in exactly a month after my visit. Well done, team! Came in for renewal on 3rd Dec 2021 and received the new passport before 12th January.

hello Susan, not sure if my previous message went through but i came to Ottawa with my daughter(10 years) on the 21st January 2022 for a passport renewal we applied as a family but i wasn't informed that i needed to drop our old passport in to the self addressed national envelop dropped as i later learnt from friends that i needed to drop it. I want to know if this would affect the processing of our new passport as well as the mailing of the new passport together in the same envelop. Thank you

Hi Susan, I was at the High Commission with my family on Feb 18th to renew our passports. Would you please be able to advise if the booklets have arrived yet and when we can expect to start tracking the passports. I'm scheduled to travel to Nigeria by mid April and in a quandary on whether I need to consider getting a travel certificate. My old passport is with the Nigerian High Commission and it looks like this is required to apply for a travel certificate. Your comment and update of status is highly appreciated.
