Get the money order from your bank or the post office in the name of the Nigeria High Commission, Ottawa. Yes, you have to come with the Canada post Express envelope.

Hello Susan, My wife had her appointment on Dec. 31,2021 and she did a passport renewal and change of name. We are moving to another address; however, I understand that we cannot do mail forwarding on Prepaid envelopes/parcels. Hello, I understand the commission will be in Edmonton in March 2022. Can you please clarify why some people have to pas $100 and other $300 for passport intervention? Are these fees charged by d commission Or is this a private arrangement? If it is a private arrangement when is the official visit to Edmonton?

Hello Susan, Thank you for your guidance. Please, I came for capturing on the 6th of January, 2022 and tracked my return envelope after a while. The tracking states that the package left Ottawa on the 21st of January and was delivered to Ottawa back on the 27th of January, instead of being delivered to my address. I contacted the commission and was guided appropriately to contact Canada Post to ask for the specific location it was delivered to but they were not able to give me a definite answer. I kept on calling canada post and was later given a ticket number that the case would be investigated. I called Canada Post again today for a follow-up on their investigation but they were unable to provide answers. Few minutes after the call, I received an email stating that my parcel has been declared lost and cannot be traced. Please, I would really appreciate it if you can kindly advise me on what to do in this regard. Thank you.

Not anytime soon. If your case is urgent, apply and come to Ottawa for renewal. We started the phase 1 of the intervention exercise last year from BC. Hello Susan, Please how long does it take to process rearrangement of name? My middle name (Ufuoma) is appearing as my first name, and my first name (Cynthia) is appearing as my middle name in my passport. My NIN, birth certificate have the right arrangement of name. What documents do I need to bring with me to correct this? My passport expires in August with my study permit. And I need to renew my passport to renew my study permit. Thanks for your help. Hi Cynthia, You have to get in touch with the Nigeria Immigration Service Abuja to effect the change. We only handle name change via Marriage or divorce. We have a notice on our news update section with information about such changes.
