The Nigeria High Commission Ottawa, Canada, has begun the second phase of its passport intervention exercise across Canadian provinces far away from Ottawa to alleviate the challenges faced by Nigerians outside Ontario. The team was in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the first port of call in the series. Joy Osiagwu reports that 277 applicants came to the venue for their biometric exercise.

Thank you for going around for the passport intervention. We really appreciate you. Please come to Vancouver, or at lease Edmonton where I can drive down.

Hi Ade, Thanks. We will get to the two locations much later in the year. We started with Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Saskatoon and Calgary in the first round of the exercise last year. Let others feel the impact before we get back to these cities.
