has mailed out the 1st batch of Passports for Halifax and New Brunswick applicants who came out for the Passport Intervention program in February and March 2022. So start tracking the movement of your document.
Do not panic if your tracking number is not active. Your document may be in the 2nd batch. Give it some time.

I just received my baby's passport (fresh issuance) stamped CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Why would this be the case for a new (first time) passport and WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

Oh! That must be an error. Please mail it back to the High Commission. Then, address it to the immigration unit and add a cover note explaining the problem. Also, add your address to enable them to mail the new booklet to you. Sorry about that.

I came in with my family on the 12th of February for capturing. We received our passports in April but only 5 was delivered out if 6. I posted here about it and you referred me to the social media accounts. I sent a message on Instagram since April 14th and the 5th of May the handler responded that he/she just sent my complain to the unit. Up untill now I haven't heard anything. Please how do I get my son's passport back

We have not posted dates because of the booklet issue. Did you notice how long it took to produce the passports for New Brunswick and Halifax? And we are not done with them yet. So please, if your case is urgent, apply and come to Ottawa. The intervention exercise is not for urgent cases. We do not produce passports on location. We only capture and return to Ottawa to work on them. It takes time to produce over 200 new passports with the current challenge with booklets. Don't forget that other applicants come to Ottawa too.

Thanks Emem, We cant come to Regina when we have serious booklet issues. See the backlash we are getting from Applicants in Halifax and New Brunswick even when we told them that the intervention is not for urgent cases? We will get in town with Regina when we are ready with booklets. Those with urgent cases should apply and come to Ottawa.
