Hi Abu Susan, My name is Timothy Omone Igbafe and I came to the Commission on May 13th to replace a lost passport. I sent an email to the commission a week after applying for my passport that I have found my lost passport but I didn't get a response. Is it possible for you to disregard my application for passport replacement seeing that there is a huge backlog? Please I need you to confirm so I can use my old passport to travel. Thank you,

Hello Susan,my name is Gertrude ifeoma Dieobi and my daughter lawrencia C Dieobi came on the 17th of march to Nigeria high commission and on the public notice it mentioned that passport has been shipped out to the people who were there on the 17th, I tracked mine but it keeps saying item not found. Hello Abu Susan, My wife and I sent in an application for emergency travel certificate for our 1 year old son last week; Canada post tracking number 0069000498290030 which was delivered at the high commission on Monday morning (July 18th). Unfortunately, I later realized the return envelope in the application was not a Canada express post envelope nor did it have the Canada express post stamp attached. As such, I wanted to know the possibility of me sending a friend who lives in Ottawa to help drop the appropriate self addressed Canada express post envelope at the high commission, or any other available option for us. Hi Susan, I came in on March 25th and from the updates it says my passport should have been sent out and I can track. I have tried tracking and it keeps saying "no item associated with tracking number"

hello Susan, there was an intervention in newfoundland on April 16th and a new update was posted for April 11th -April 19th to start tracking their passports, the 16th was not included as one of the days, will our passports be shipped out alongside the rest since ours was an intervention and on a weekend
