I came with my wife and captured April 28th 2022, since there was no booklet, we requested for our submitted passports to enable us travel back to Nigeria. Now we are in Nigeria with our passports. The passports for April 28th had been produced, we try tacking ours but the results kept saying "No information about your package." Please kindly mail our passports with the submitted addressed envelope.

The delay in mailing the new copies is because you are still with the old copies. We need you to send in the old copies for cancellation before we can mail both old and new copies back to you. As long as you hold on to the old copies, the new copies will not be mailed to your address.

Several issues. It depends on when you came in. And lately, we have been having problems with the wrong mailing addresses from applicants. When that happens, it's always a challenge between applicants, the post office and the Mission.

They usually return it to the nearest post office to the Mission. It means there was a mistake on the address you wrote on the envelope. Call Canada post for the full details and get back to us.

Hello, my name is chioma osisiogu. I had done my photo capturing and fingerprint on April 16th in St.John's ,NL because the Nigerian High Commission came to St.John's. I am yet to receive my new and old passport, and my tracking number says it cannot be found. MW568753308CA is my tracking number. Change of name is done in Abuja. It takes up to 4-5months to get approval. Your baby's passport must be ready but if you used the same envelope, we can't mail untill yours is ready.

I applied for my passport on April 16th, 2022 when the Nigerian high commision came to St.John's Newfoundland and I still have not received my passport. I have tracked the prepaid canada postage several times but there's no information on Canada post, as it hasn't been shipped. I would like to know what is going on, as the people i applied with on the same day from here in St. John's have all received their passport but i haven't. My old passport was but into the prepaid envelope and i don't have it with me. I urgently need my passport. Good evening. My mum completed her capturing on July 15 and was planning to travel back to Nigeria on August 10. We have been tracking the progress of the process , which was moving speedily for a while up until last week. Now her ticket has already been changed to August 15 because we are yet to receive an update . Do you know when applications completed on July 15 will be processed? it will help greatly ,to know if we need to call the airline again to change her flight ticket or if we should process an emergency travel certificate. Hello Susan, I want to say thank you guys for your swift renewal of my passport. But I am currently in a situation. I came for my passport renewal on Wed June 22, 2022. The address I put on my return envelope, I already moved before the passport was shipped. Now, sadly, the parcel couldn’t be located and both new tenants and Landlord deny receiving or seeing the parcel. I am currently trying to reapply for a replacement but there’s a section where I have to fill in the new passport number which I don’t have because the passport didn’t get to me. Please Susan what can I do about this? I would really appreciate your help on how to go about the replacement of my lost passport. I submitted my application on 23 march 2022 at 11:06pm, and did photo capturing on 16 april 2022 during the passport intervention that was held in st.john's NL. I urgently need to get any information on my passport becuase my xpresspost tracking number keeps saying there is no such package, which means it is yet to be shipped. I need my new passport very urgently for my study permit. All the other applicants who did capturing with me on the 16 april,2022 have already gotten their passports a month ago. It has been more than 3 months and I have been trying to contact your office but no one is responding. I just want to know if both of my passports are still with the office because I really really need my new passport for my study permit. I am already very concerned as no one is responding to my calls and want to know what is going on with my passports. Also, I am not with my old passport, the office is with it because I put it together with my documents in the xpresspost envelope.
