This is not fair, please stop saying you’ve mailed out passport for those the came in August when I did mine on the first week of July but still can’t track it.

If you have not received your passport, send a message to generalinquiries@nigeriahcottawa.ca to complain for someone to follow up to know why you have not received yours. We cannot stop the updates.

Hello Abu Susan, I saw this update saying that those who came in on August 9th have been shipped and should start tracking. I was among the first set of people to do my capturing on Aug 9th but my Canada post tracking still shows it has not been sent by shipper- PG651351055CA.
