Hello, I am yet to receive my passport, including those of my children and wife. The passport intervention was brought to Halifax on Feb 28, 2022, and sadly, we are yet to receive our renewed passports, while several people have received theirs. Info on your portal shows that those that all applications prior to August 19 have been processed and mailed out. Kindly look into this and advise urgently as we require the passports for an urgent need. Thank you

This is very very unacceptable, why are you treating your citizens this way. I came to the embassy for over a month now to get my lost passport renewed I paid a whooping amount of $400 and I still called you guy for updates. You told me it’s been delayed from Abuja . Whereas you have not send my passport application to Abuja for approval, you can’t hold peoples life jeopardy my pr and work training is on hold because of this situation, I drove for 8 hrs to the embassy and 8hrs back took time off work. This is unacceptable, why are treating your citizens miserable consider the stress time risk and money people spend to come to ottawa to get passport renewed. I need my passport my life is hanging on this PLEASE

Hi Madam, Thanks for the update. I was at the High commission for Biometric on July 15th but didn't drop my passport because of immediate travel need. My old passport with return envelop and accompanied letter of confirmation was mailed back to the High commission Sept 6th and delivered on Sept 8th with Tracking no is PG631956852CA. Please confirm when my new passport would be mailed. Thank you and best regards

Please can someone help me at the embassy . I submitted my passport and that of my Brother physically for renewal on August 25th ,2022 and I thought we will get within a week but to my utmost shock we have not received till date and we included a return envelope am now having sleepless nights because our travel date is near, because we news ti attend my Aunt's burial on the 24th I have called several times and it’s goes into voice mail I have sent emails all no reply .Please can someone confirm how long this take .The tracking details we have is showing no update . . Hi Abu, pls I couldn't drop off my passport when I came to the passport office in Ottawa for a renewal on Aug 4 as I needed to travel in 3 weeks. So I was told to mail my passport when I got back to Canada. I mailed my passport that last week thurs. I have got confirmation from canada post that it has been delivered. When should I expect to get my new passport. I was already captured on Aug 4.
