Please, be informed that the Nigeria High Commission has mailed out passports for applicants who came to the High Commission on August 22nd and 23rd, 2022. We will keep the production going and keep you informed.

    Hello Abu Susan, I did my capturing on the 9th of August, which was supposedly sent out on August 30th. My Canada post tracking says it has not been sent. I contacted general inquiries like you suggested I do in our last conversation. But I just received a reply from the general inquiries saying August 9th applications has not been processed, which conflicts the update you provided. It’s been 3 weeks, what do I do?

    Hello Susan, We are yet to receive the passport of Didikiye David Ogbowu ( my Son) which was processed on 8th July 2022. Kindly confirm the status of the passport.

      Call the office or send a detailed message with his full name and application ID and Ref number to our Instagram page via direct message or call the office.

    Hello madam Susan , I’m having similar problems and you called me last 2 weeks and you said you would call me back and you never did call back. Please madam, my job is at stake I have a training I need to travel for outside Canada,please kindly help please I’m begging you. I have been calling the embassy for 2 weeks nonstop no one is picking the calls

    I keep calling to the embassy no one is picking up my calls for 2 weeks now I sent emails no one reply I commented you keep bringing down my comments. This is frustrating . When are we going to enjoy our mother land called Nigeria. All this embassy care about is your money not your value or struggle

    Hello, This is regarding my child's (newborn at the time) passport issued in May (Halifax, NS passport intervention) and mailed out with the stamp "CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE." Abu Susan (on this platform) requested we send the passport back so it could be corrected. We have done so and ever since then, we haven't heard anything from your office. I have reached out through other means and no one has responded. Phone calls are not answered either. Please note that we have had to on many occasions, reschedule our planned travel. Once again, we have rescheduled to the second week of October and are hoping someone reaches out to us. We are desperate for a response. Thanks!

    Hi, I (Victor K. Gbenro) and my son Ayomide T. Gbenro, did our capturing on September 2nd. I checked the tracking and no expected time of delivery is seen. Please when do we expect it? It's now over 4wks.

      We have not produced passports for September, that is why the tracking number is not active.

    Hello Susan, I did my capturing since June 7th, sent messages to Instagram ,even sent several emails but nobody has done anything regarding my passport yet I see you guys mailing passport everyday but people like us who came earlier and are yet to receive our passports aren’t taken seriously.I’m actually very disappointed at the high commission because one would think that issues like this would be taken seriously but it’s like no one cares.If you complain or call from now till tomorrow about your inability to track your passport the only response you get is we will check our systems and get back to you and when you even ask for update, they ignore you.It’s very disturbing to see how high commision treats it’s own citizen,I have never seen this anywhere before.Very disturbing and disappointing.

    I mailed in through Xpresspost the required documentation and fees for an Emergency Travel Certificate. My tracking shows my Xpress post mail was delivered to the High Commission on Sept 29th. How long should I expect to receive my Emergency Travel Certificate through the self-addressed return Xpress Post Envelope? I need to attend my dad's funeral on Oct 15th. Thank you.
