My name is Tolulola Akinbiyi. I had capturing done on April 01, 2022 with my wife and daughter. I was requested to send in our expired passports before the new one could be released. This was done. I received in mail today my wife's and daughter's passports (old and expired). I had mailed expired passports for the three of us. Just wondering why only 2 passports were returned and mine was not returned. I had been chatting with someone on Instagram who has informed me of sighting our passports in July and confirmed mailing of the passports on Friday September 23. Where could my passports be? Thanks for your help.

We are yet to receive the booklets from Abuja. I cannot tell you when we will get them. We have no control over when they will arrive. But we will commence production as soon as we get them. It is better you apply and get your biometrics. We will not resume same day service until we clear the backlog.
