   I have not received my travelling certificate I sent it since last week Tuesday. I tracked it and it shows received. I am travelling on Sunday this week. What can I do?

      If you tracked it and it shows received, then check your mail box or call Canada post

   We did capturing on 6th September 2022 but as at today (8th September 2022) we have not received our passports.

   Hello Abu Susan, I came in for capturing 4months ago, on the 9th of August and I still haven't gotten my Passport. The last agent I spoke to said mine was accidentally skipped during processing and would be processed immediately they got booklets. Its been another month and I've tried calling but no one picks up the call and I've left numerous voicemails. I've also sent several emails to generalinquiry@nigeriahcottawa.ca and DMs to the Instagram account like you previously suggested but still have not gotten any reply. Please can you help.    Did capturing or biometric on 6th September 2022 and as to today 15th December 2022 we have not received our passports. What is going on ? If our passports has been misplaced please inform us on time.
