My name is Chidiebere Sylvester Nwachukwu, the father of Chimechetam Havilah Nwachukwu who came to your office in Ottawa on Friday, September 16, 2022, for her passport data capture. We were informed that she will get her new passport 6 weeks after she did her passport data capture but we are still yet to get the renewed passport to date. Please, her study visa expires on December 16, 2022, and we urgently need to submit her application for a Study visa extension as soon as possible. Can you advise, when she is likely to receive it or suggest what alternatives we might consider in applying for her study visa extension as we are fast running out of time? I understand the Nigerian High commission ottawa has started mailing out passports, I am yet to receive my daughter's passport. I met a friend at the Nigerian embassy, Ottawa on September 16, 2022 who also did his biometrics the same day with my daughter, he just informed me that he received his passport 2 weeks ago. I have been tracking my daughter's passport on canada post, but the message i keep getting is "we didn't find an item associated with this number" Please advise on the way forward to get my daughter's passport. Hi, I can't track the package with Canada Post. I have the tracking number but it's not showing up in their system. I haven't received a response through Instagram DMs and my sister and I are travelling on Sunday. If the passports have not been mailed out already I will come pick them up as the mail delay may not have them to us by Friday if they have not already been sent out. Fast and efficient service. I was at the Embassy on November 15, 2022 to renew my passport and did not have to pay or tip anyone. I received my passport in the mail today after just about 3-4 weeks. Stop listening to rumor mongers who might advise you to tip anyone before getting your passport renewed. Don't waste your money.

You should go on the website and apply. Why wait until now that you have a visa interview? All Nigerians abroad are eligible to apply for renewal a year before the expiry date. This information is here on the news update section and all our social media platforms.

Hello, I tried tracking our package several times but got this message: “Not Found - No information yet”. That is because Canada post has not dispatched it to you. We gave them over 200 passports. They are sorting out and mailing in batches. Wait until next Tuesday.
