I applied for passport since September 23rd of 2022 but for some reason I did not receive anything. I sent an email to them because nobody pick up the phone, they asked me to track it but nothing show up anyway. Its really sad when you book off work and spent money to apply for passport and getting it deliver is another headache.

Please, keep calling. They pick up calls, its just that the traffic is high and most applicants stay on the line for too long.

If there is a 6 or 12 month plan, it would help that you post on your website. We can all consider if we could wait, based on the schedule, or book a family trip to Ottawa. Hello, I notice that on the website for Nigeria immigration, we are asked to come along with our NIN payment receipt and Acknowledgement slip. I don't know how to print that. I already have my NIN original copy, does it matter? If I must print both the payment receipt and acknowledgment slip.
