HI Susan, My daughter applied for the renewal on the 6th of January and till now there has been no passport and no update on the reason for the delays. We were told to expect the new passport in 3 weeks from the 6th of January....we are in the 4th week now It doesn't sound right that passport applications made between January 30th and 31st have already been processed while does done 3 week before are still pending. Please provide some prompt and timely closure for us.
