I’m highly disappointed that the NHC did not keep to their words on mailing renewal passport out. I visited the NHC Dec 20, 2022. It’s passed 5 business days that was mention during the visit and exceeded 6 weeks that was stated on the webpage. Kindly mail out the passport I’m scheduled to travel on March 6th 2023

Despite completing the verification process for my National Identity Identification Number (NIN) for passport application, my NIN status is still pending in your system. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and hindering my passport application progress. Kindly expedite the update of my NIN verification status to resolve this matter promptly.
