I have applied for passport renewal and change of name. I submitted all the necessary documentations with my application on the 23rd of february 2023. Passport application within this time frame have been sent out and received by applicant as per your social media platform. However, I have not received mine neither am I able to track the return. Kindly advice.

Change of name takes up to 3-5 months to process because it is done in Abuja.

Hi, I applied for a passport renewal and a change of name in December of 2022 (December 14th to be precise). I am yet to receive my passport . I sent in an email in February, March and April and I was told it is still pending approval in Nigeria. Is there some sort of issue going on that is delaying the approval? I contacted the Nigerian Immigration service and was told that they never received any information concerning my application. Its been almost 5 months. Thanks
