Thank you for the great job. My wife and I visited the embassy for passport renewal on January 23rd 2023. We applied for the enhanced passport using the new application system and we are yet to receive our passport. I emailed the embassy and haven't received a specific update on our passport. I have called the embassy phone number couple of times and no one is picking up.

Hello sir, I came for my Son's passport data capture since February 9, 2023 and up till now the passport is yet to be sent. I Have sent email twice now with no tangible resolution. I have tracked the application as well but could not find the location of the passport as the tracking code was saying not available. His visa needs to be renewed urgently and non availability of passport is causing me a nightmare. Please help look into this case and provide a timely resolution. Thank you

Dear Abu Good morning sir, I will be travelling to Nigeria for my senior brother burial, departing flight is on June 2nd 2023. Unfortunately. I had to processed my NIN first. just finally got the NIN yesterday, April 6th. I decided to to filled the application for renewal of my passport; when trying to book for capture appointment at the high commission, no more appointments for the months of April and May. You can apply for an emergency travel certificate and travel to Nigeria but ensure that you renew your passport in Nigeria to enable you return to Canada if you do not have a Canadian passport.

Hi Abu Susan, i came to the embassy this year march to apply for a change of name on my passport was asked to work on my Nin which i did and sent it immediately in April which was acknowledged please i dont know when my passport will be sent i intend to Travel to Nigeria next year March if it's not ready then when do you advise i apply for travel certificate.
