Hello, I have an issue. I am trying to get a passport for my son (6 months old). We have gone to 3 places to get a NIN without luck. They are not able to get his biometrics. How do we proceed with an issue like this? Please help as we are scheduled to travel in the last week of May 2023. Thanks

Hello, I am not sure if my message is being delivered, but I will try again. I have a few challenges I need your guidance with: 1. My 6 month old son cannot get NIN as we have tried in 3 different locations without luck. How do you suggest we proceed? Is he eligible for Visa on arrival as we have an emergency and need to travel in May 2023? 2. Can my wife (She is Canadian and holds a Canadian passport) apply for a Nigerian Passport by virtue of marriage? The constitution of Nigeria has a provision for this Citizenship by registration. Please advise. 3. If all else fails and we are not able to get NIN for my son, can we get a refund for the fees paid? Can we also apply for Visa on arrival for My wife and Son? I will appreciate your guidance. Thanks.

You have to keep trying and if it fails. Get him a visa if he is a Canadian. Your wife will have to apply for a visa.
